Toyota 4C Key to Dump, need help :-)

1. May you please assist in adding the following key to dump.

2. Can someone please explain why the datastring of the exact same transponder is different on two different machines.

3. I managed to add the same key to dump using EFFI (Zedbull Clone Second Life), but the key did not start the car.
