I believe you need to read the processor CPUD82Rhc11e9 or eeprom D82R.

You can read it with UPA, Xprog, Carprog, ETL...

Be sure the CLEAN that memory on the contact points really good before you try to read it. That one is known for having coating on the processor and you can't get a good read without it be being really clean of all of the lacquer.
Connect to the 68HC11E9 - Load the programmer software to the memory to be able to read the memory, It will verify once loaded and confirm that you are in communication. Then you can READ the eprom memory of the processor.
Once you have the memory read then post it here and I or someone can help you with this. To program back you have to load the memory again, verify and then you can program the eprom within and verify it is programmed.

Did you ever figure this out?
I have a 1997 Suburban that requires SDM programming as the replacement module is discontinued.
Are you able to provide the bin/dump files that you used?

Does this one require lifetime reset leg ?
