EGR DPF vw caddy 1.9 tdi edc16u34

Hello mates. Need to delete egr and dpf on edc16u34. I have a dump with deleted stuff, but after some cruising, about 70km car throw the dtc p0101.
If it possible please help to remove egr and dpf in a proper way, and switch off the DTC p0101. Egr and dpf not present in car phisycally.

your file has dpf off, thatis ok
i make egr off, you can unplug

P0101 is MAF sensor i can remove it if need tell me
