RNEG2 navi unit error

I have navi unit error MagnetiMareli 2013year MM BTEL RNEG2 CEM00 from citroen ds4 ,black screen,power on unit is Ok ,I think these is common problem on these unit ,maybe problem in frimware or somthing else,constumer told me that sometimes start and work OK but most time is dead,did someone have some idea for these problem...

Same problem on Peugeot 508. Looks like radio is rebooting all the time with black screen. Software problem?

Remove card. Format-it, then insert update CD .
With the engine running, let-it update. It will take about 40 mins.
