2004 Fiat Ducato 2.0 JTD

Bosch ECU 0281010346 / 9646138580

I have a file to remove IMMO but it still leaves fault code U1600 and lock symbol flashing with MIL on.

Attached is the original 29F400BT. Can someone remove the IMMO and the U1600 fault code.

Thanks in advance...

I've tested the file with IMMO box removed. The van starts but as soon as the accelerator pedal is pressed the MIL light comes back on. My FICOM doesn't read any faults which I assume is down to the U1600 removal not being quite right.

Same result. Cleared fault codes even though no codes stored. Start van ok. Ticks over fine, MIL not on. When accelerator pedal pressed for first time, engine revs ok but MIL comes on. No codes stored, so still must be an issue with the U1600 removal. Anyone have a solution?

My car had 0281011052 and I made it exactly same way and worked. No immo and no Mil on. But I had not the car, only ecu. I?m sure, that Customer didnt remove the immo box. I dont know, whether it makes a difference. But my customer alway drove more than 1000km without any problems with same solution. Did you write with bootmode? What scantool do you use to read errors?

Greetings MR...

Vlaki Ekectric tells me why it happens:

"Only the same solution friend. for cars with immo box is that problem the same, for cars with bcm dont have that problem, they works"

I have a few code readers including genuine FICOM. I program the flash by removing the chip and I know programming is ok, verifies and I read back and compare dumps.
