BENQ Clear Dvd Drive Top ?

Hi guys, i was just wondering if anybody had managed to get 1 of these mods and where from, i have seen 1 on youtube its just like a perspex bar that goes over the top of the drive and you insert the bearing out of the old case lid, would appreciate it if anybody could tell me....
