Citroen C4 Picasso after BSI replacement does not open the tank cap

Hi, after the BSI replacement does not open the tank cap, BSI the same number 96 635 101 80 used by the Peugeot 307, 95128 given by FF, the configuration is done with Lexia, can you advise me?

Solved, the problem was in BSI, given other BSI c Citroen C4 Picasso, eeprom given by FF and configuration with Lexia and works, thank you
