Please Urgent Help need, immo off: Mini Rover MKC 2000 year 1.3 46KW (12A2L)

Please help me with immo off file. I've already cut the 23 pin and connected to pin 2 of Lucas 5AS.
Ive also cutted pin17 from black connector of ECU.
I have not the mmoff file to program on 93C66.
It's an Mini 1,3 gasoline 2000 year, engine 12A2L, 46KW.

1EC-1F1 => 00
1F2-1F5 => FF
cut pin 17 on black ECU connector
cut pin 23 and connect to pin 2 on Lucas 5AS connector
throw away immo box Lucas 5AS
