thanks everyone as u all said dump was not reading well have to clean the legs well to get proper read and did it with datasmart3

always clean legs on japanese cars honda, toyota etc they may have coating or residue even if you cant see it, really that being the case the proper thing to do is to always clean eeprom legs even without coating.
