bsi damaged with fvdi

i wish someone help me please
i had citroen berlingo 2013 with bsi johanson i tried to read pin code with FVDI but when counter was count the wiper start alone and switch it self off
i think some thing happen and delete flashFing20Fing20
can some one help me please

Hi did you try and reconnect to vehicle after problem .
Does dash light up etc or dead?.

repeat process with charger on car but i think the BSI might be in boot mode if it's the BSI04EV better look for someone with IO terminal and try to upload same flash id and then it will work again! It's not a battery problem, FVDI is not good for reading PIN code for new PSA BSI like JCI BSI.
