Need mpps software for chinese clone

hello guys i have bought an mpps v 16 kit ( chinese clone ) but the cd what was included is damaged and know is my question where can find the right software where i can run it with ?

hello i have installed it on a laptop with windows 8 but when i start it up i get a fault message with 800xxx .
what did i do wrong ? :)
