ohh thanks alot member l will use it my chip broken from ecu .sorry file is 16bit or 8bit and which l can use to programing ?. thanks

I use TL866 or TMPRO to read and write that chip. The file I sent you is 100% for that cdi ecu you want. Take note eeprom is 93c66x16 'A'
To program new chip tm100 tmpro vvdi2-keytool tango works for me

hey , l test file code key use tpx 2 and 4d 60 t13 still key light it flashing any idea and cdi ecu it petrol or like mine ?. thanks

What key programmer are you using. Try swoop bytes of file and test again

The file I loaded here is 100% for 21h50. I think try write file back using 8bit. ATMEL 93c66A A as far as I know is 8bit B is 16bit. And also try erase the eeprom before writing new file on
