This is the 16KB 95128 EEPROM dump of a crash bin and the corresponding clear bin.
Just read your chip and clear the 2.5 lines like you see in this dump. You must clear your ORIGINAL file, you cannot program the clear file from this archive into your module without additional coding/programming.
