odo reset e39 m5

can x300 prog reset odo for e39 m5 ??

dash is encrypted . tried before with fvdi and some othe tool i forgot the name ! says eeprom is encrypted .
so question can x300 do it if i put an adaptor from obd to 38 pin connector ?
if not can someone point me to what eeprom am i lookin for in dash .

Not sure about an m5, but most e39 have a 93C56 I believe.

I will dismatle it and read it on vvdi prog . But i dont know what next i should do . Any hints and tips ?

If you can read it, then post the dump here. Someone will most likely help you out modifying it.
