Mazda ids 100 and calibration

Hi

can anyone help me with calibration with mazda ids? I install ids 100 and calibration files version 93 , but when i would like go at menu for "programming" there is no options ... i have mazda 3 1.6d 2006 year , car go to the limp mode, safe mode after dpf removing ...

please help
