VIN is visible in eeprom , just put it in HEx editor , starts at line 0x081A0

Hi, excuse me, once you have that data, could you be able to swap an ECU? I have a 2011 Tiguan which the ecu was stolen and I'm working on getting dump but I wonder what to do next, I thought VCDS could, but I realized it doesn't.
