Opel Astra H 2.0T Z20LER

Hi there


I need assistance with a custom file for an OPEL Astra 2.0T with the Z20LER engine. It has been modded with a larger turbo and 630cc DEKRA injectors and HPFP maintaining 3.5bar pressure, DP and exhaust etc.


I only need assistance with the injector scaling and MAF scaling (if needed) to accommodate the new injectors. MAF sensor is still the stock unit. Turbo I can do myself. I have attached the stage 1 file that was on the car. Car has stock 348cc injectors.

first calculate the fuel rate on 3,5 bar

after that calculate the krkte

look at datasheet to check tvub

use on dekas temin and teminva 1,5

search a ecu where your mafhousing is inside and copy and paste the mafscaling
