DS150E 2014.2 - problem with firmware update.

I really need help as above.

Just bought device called DS150E, had installed DS150E 2014.2 software (2.14.2.2 version). Once I click TEST, after few seconds result is OK but appears notification "firmware is not up to date". Up to this moment everything is OK, VCI appears in device manager. But when I click "UPDATE" to install adequate firmware, loading starts. After few seconds, leds on device blinks one time on red and backs to blue. When the progess is around 70%, updating is stopped with 3 possible reasons - but everyone was checked. Device is connected to power supply, connected to PC, drivers are installed, COM port isn't in use. Can anyone helps me?

Device firmware is 1513, but as i read, for this software it should be 1423. I suppose, that program should automatically update my firmware to 1423 but it can't - why?

Hi, i have a problem with my ds150e clone it started sometimes that no vci found, after disconnect and connect it back it worked, i`ve tryed to update the firmware and it broke, the red light is on and not doing nothing, i`ve tryed to update directly the STM with flash loader but it starts and after a few sec the red light stop flashing and i have an error fail to download... I think it is something on the pcb that is damaged, and interrupts the connection. the maximum percentage was 21% after that stops flashing red light and then error on the program. please if you can help me. Thank you very much.

It was a driver problem. The driver was corrupt. Thanks anyway.
