Guys is it possible to fit a 8v ecu in a 16v car, make adaption and write 16v flash?
Should that be Ok?

yes
This ecu are very interchangeable
change flash and eprom , and config Ac and others, width opcom or other tool

Btw all flashes are the same on a 16v ecu or should i get it from old ecu.

Btw does carprog read pin/eep in By obd or must this be done on desk, i Dont like the relais connection etc.

You dont need relay to read / flash use conections for FGT on Table
