Sd connect c4 pinout?

Hi do any one have the pinout of the sd connect c4 for the 16 pin obd cable ? I need to know from round multiplexr plug to obd 16 pin , all i have up to now is pib A and V is pin 4 and 5 on the wire and pin C go to pin 16
