need dump for honda silverwing fsc600 chip 93c56

hello everyone i need to correct the milage to 7500 km in my new dashboard of silverwing 2008 eeprom is 93C56
attached is the original dump of the old dashboard

Thanks for your effort but it didnt work nothing showed on the milage and the fuel level is striped now , have u done it by Etsmart ? I have done it before posting and it gave me the same result

i really don't know if the dump is corrupted or anything i just read it off the old chip from the damaged dashboard which im replacing
i have all the tools to read and write and edit
the dump you gave me returned empty milage and striped fuel level
so i tried editing it with ETsmart using a silverwing calculator and wrote it to the chip
now it has a mileage but it's incorrect
i wrote 7500 , the result when trying was 1503 km and the fuel was still striped
i have captured a video and attached it to show you what happened to the fuel level
i don't know if this error is chip based or from a component fault
