First time trying to read mcu.

ford f250 2003 trying to do odometer mileage correction
mcu
motorola xc511301vpv8

ok75f
hhth0211

Apparently HC912D60 112pin

tried with carprog a10 adapter.
cant read.
checked all wires, eveything matches correctly even inside the adapter I checked.

carprog does 5 attempts and cant read it. Htz Frequency is 4000khz

and in xprog i get "device is silent"

im pretty sure I connect all 4 wires correctly. What can I be doing wrong ?

Where does the 5th connection go with carprog a10 to the mcu ? It only shows 4 connectors on the picture but a10 has 5 wires that supposed to be connected

this f250 cluster 6 solder points on the front or back of the pcb ? the ones on this cluster look little different

Using 12v input into carprog was a big no no. You can use the 6 point on the back.
Here is an idea...how about you post a picture of how you solder to the board and upload it.

Gray wire where green goes, and purple? wire has to be red.
if its a clone A10 adapter then the colors might be wrong on the adapter it's self...possibility

So do I connect correctly to the mcu with carprog a10 adapter ?

You need to connect Xtal to read with Xprog M because mcu is secured.

Im trying with Upa-s USB now, can't read it either :(

Mate, its simply MCU for read - only 4 wires. Check You A10 adapter, use pinout on dash pcb and must work. In carprog check seting for corretly mcu type.

Its not. You only need vcc,gnd,rst,bkgd

This is very simple processor to read. I think your main issue here is your using poor quality tools. clones of clones no doubt.

what version of xprog do you use? Do you use it to read other 9s12 before?

brown = ground

This is all wrong if your using the a10 adaoter you posted.

Should be (assuming you got ground pad right)

VCC 0 0 X
RST 0 0 X
GND 0 0 BKGD

on your a10 adapter
RST =blue
VCC =red
GND =brown
BKGD =grey
