Hi have this module with crash, need help for connect xprog for reading this much. I connect xprog like diagram, but not success ... heed any pin to lifts?

You have to add power supply to ECU (12V), not to CPU.

Thanks, but XPROG is connected via Rx-TX-Reset.
It sounds strange but where to connect TDI, TMS, TDO, TCK ?-this connector for Jtag , but Xprog need Rx-Tx- Reset
