start by taking dash/speedo out , should find a 93c66 eeprom read it and post on here, or adjust with carprog if its on there

Same error, but I can read the eeprom, I use another dump file to compare and tachosoft to convert miles to code, now I need to know how power on this dash without put on car.

I see on your display 685868 km ? did you solder eeprom back in the same position ?

I noticed that you are right, but why is so dark?

I don't know exactly ,,, your backlight is made with led and maybe is activated via CAN signals .
And I am still confused , this is real mileage reading of that car ?

lol

Get yourself a hotair station its your best bet with MW EEPROM or Smaller Components pretty much fail proof. Also besides Newer Altima, Corolla, Many Mazdas & few others 90%+ japanese clusters need to be removed. That is if you have right tools.
