29AL016D spansion unable to write

Guys i am struggling with a 29AL016D, i am trieing to r/w this in a RNS 510.

I am using Willem GQ-4X with correct adapter.
I can do a good ID-Check, i can read good data, But it always fails on verify.
I can erase chip, then i upload new file and start writting and always error @ 50/60%

Cleaned leggs, used external power But nothing helps.

Did Some have succes on this chips.

Really Did that, sandpaper, different solvents, small scalpel scratch pin for pin.

But if you can confirm GQ-4X should do the the job ?

Why are you trying to reprogram it?
Because maybe chip is bad...
They behave like that.

Honestly if it fails on similar address everytime,chip is defective.
When legs are dirty it will fail on for example 20% then 80% then 50% etc etc

I cant find them on farnell or Some eu seller, Did you change them in the past and from where Did you buy them, i Dont want to waste my time on bad quallity chips.

Aliexpress,find some sellers with diamond feedback rating and expect 80% chip success rate...
Aliexpress are B or C quality chips,but it will serve your purpose.
