What does me "copy flash"?

I have x-tool and when i connect to the ike or ecu beside read/write km i have option read eep ram. Is this enough to copy and send to u to help me fix the hot start?

Hello i have two problems on a golf 5, 2004 year, 1.9 tdi BKC.
First the ike shows error on km display and after pressing trip button shows the mileage.
Second it's starting hard when it's hot.
