Nissan qashqai mc9s12xhz256vag BIG problem

Hi to all. I have a big problem. I tried to change milleage to a Nissan qashqai 2013 1.5 dci. I read eeprom and flash from MCU mc9s12xhz256vag,with X-prog. I edit the eeprom file and i tried to put it back,but i dont notice that the device is set on Flash mcu,and i start write eeprom file instead of Flash file, and now the X-prog cant enter boot moode to MCU. (But the connection is the same as before i read the flash. I suppose i blocked the MCU).

Can someone please help me ?! May be exists some methods to reset the MCU and start write the files again,without remove the mcu or to change it

This is the error that i get when i try to read or write on MCU. The connection is the same as before i put bad Flash on MCU.

I have the both files from MCU (EEprom and Flash) but i cant put it back.

It's a clone, but a very good one. The problem is not in it. I think that I blocked the MCU.

I connect like in image. But i read the datasheet of this CPU, and i understood that when i write eeprom file on Flash memory, i erase the boot memory, and this is why i cant connect to the CPu now. Now i must restore the boot on the flash but i dont know how

You have activated the BDM protection by erasing flash but not eeprom. You need to fully erase 9s12 (flash and eeprom) Otherwise it will be secured after next reset.
Xprog can still connect but you need to rewire it like this and select secured one in chip menu

When you are try to write flash with eeprom file you are change security bytes from non locked state to locked state with filling with values FF. And now MCU is locked. But you can still read and write but you must in XPROGM software select Motorola HCS12 - secured and on appropriate way connect MCU. And you will be able to reprogram flash and eeprom but separeted, first reprogram flash and after reprogram eeprom. But you must get and eeprom and flash file for this dashboard.

I tried but its still in secure mode, the Xprog show me that it erase the Flash. But its show me Blank check error , what is this ? And if i try to write on it, the writting is going and after the writting finish, appear a dialog with Verify error, and i press "Yes to all". When i try to read the Flash or eeprom , it show me everytime the same damaged firmware , and it dont change in despite of I try to erase it or rewrite. Were is the problem ?
