HI all, first time dealing with this mcu, so i will be thankful if somebody would like to tell me how to read this uPD 78F0838. This came from Honda CBR150 2015. Can i read this with UPA on uPD 78F0828 ?

my mistake i didn't check thoroughly, thought it was an array of resistors, turned out it is a c66 covered by d*mn blue glue . And after two big name here mentioned there should be eep then i did recheck.
