Peugeot 207 mileage mod BSI with 24c128

I have a Peugeot 207 that has a BSI with a 24c128 and the dash has a 93c66 i want to change the mileage from 147,000 miles to 47,000 miles

Can anyone do it for me. I have attached the BSI and the cluster dumps
