what do I need to do to get help? new to the forum and this ecu game and stuck fixing this car! willing to pay!!!!

2005 320d car does start and run cannot code inectors and weird communication issues
46d1 internal control unit error

I did se it fails to read eeprom on winfkp but ktag reads both eeprom and flash

ecu was water damaged and was non starter, now cleaned and dried and starting no problem but 46d1 fault and communication errors.

no point replacing ecu and flashin with these files as i believe them to corrupted. even virgin file hat I can resync ith ews to start ??
