Hello to all,

I have an audi A3 2.0 tdi from 2005 with a dash without board computer so I bought in a scrapyard a dash with it from the model 8P0 920 930K.
I already read the dumps from ecu and original dash and I found the original pin code. So now i need help if someone can tell me the pin from the other dash which the I post in attachment.

best regards,
cucaracha

I already have the pin from the original dash. Now I need the pin from the dump that i posted. It is a VDO dash so I think that this is a cryped pin i don't know.

The dump posted is the direct reading of the 93lc86 eprom.
The pin that i have was found via the ecu and it is correct.

Hi . i can calculate pin from dump , but unfortunatly , i can't download dump from site. but Main problem with your dash , is: is the das same part number as old one. if is not , than it is posible that you can not program new keys in car with new dash. Because New dash and car are NOT COMPATIBILE.
I mean , some of function of dash , are not recognisable by the car system.

Tank you for all the answers.
As i told i have the pin from the original dash it is a 8P0 920 900K
the pin was found by the reading of the 95320 chip in the ecu and i confirmed that is the the pin of the original one. Now i need the pin for the 8P0 920 930K dash to do a cluster swap. I already tested this dash in the car and all the things worked with the exception of im*obilizer. That is why i am asking if someone can tell me the pin from the dump posted.
When I say cluster swap i am using the instructions posted in the ross tech wiki site.

mikac what do you mean that you can not download the dump? Just now i tried and went well.
Please send me the pin in pm.
Best regards,
cucaracha

If it is an 8P0 920 930K dash the answer is yes if you know the pin code from the dump posted. If not dont waste time and eprom.
You need to know the pin code for the adaptation procedure.

do both dash's have same chip? (93lc86)
what if you take the chip out of the original dah and replace the chip in the new cluster with it?

You might need a new, central electrics box, and correct wiring, and maybe a "high" fusebox.
Putting a new instrument cluster, with FIS(Fuhrer Informations Systeme, Driver Information System) in a car without FIS, is really hard, you need additionel sensors and such.
