The car hasn't ignition and remote reception.

You need IR reader to test key, ESL emulator to test ELV and Star to test EIS..........and some programmers to read and adapt parts to car .

I think your key its problem or your evl its lockt it must be unlockt or new key with this machines mbe evo Mercedes ,AVDI Mercedes ,vvdi Mercedes China, works great
