VW PASSAT 2.0 TDI Siemens PPD.DPF OFF? Car smokes like a truck!

Hello mates,

Have some strange situation with one car. Car was remapped somewhere and dpf was removed.
But it seems like that tuner erased all dtc table. I HAVE UNPLUGGED MAF, MAP, EGR, RAIL SENSOR AND NO DTC!!!!
Can somebody take a look on this stuff and turn off dpf and egr normally? Because I don't know where is the problem in the car.
All injectors, turbo, maf, inlet manifold are ok.

I don't have VCDS. I checked correction with launch and chcked them on special injector stand.
I need to make normal dpf and egr off to see the DTC. I do not have a lot of expirience in siemens ppd.
