i bought some new chip 160D0WQ.
i can read these but i can not write dump to new chips.
when i read chips all hex is 0000.
i read and write via Rosfar 260 and CG100 and others devices.
but all devices can not working.

Try R270. Of course it's Chinese because Rosfar doesn't exist anymore to my knowledge. Chinese doesn't necessarily mean S**T. I'm surprised your eeproms read all 00000's. The first 2 lines should be 00000's and the rest FFFFF's. I would say your EEproms are no good.

I was think about eeprom, not programmer. All my eeproms 160D0WQ that I bought before from China read all hex 00, and never could write anything with any programmer.

you are correct, those chips from china i ordered 10pcs and could only write to 1 of them out of the 10. I ordered from the UK and all is well, every chip works and programs
