need help vith hours recalibrate on some hour meter

hello here i have some cluster from some industrial
machine and the display was broken now i bougth
new display from codecart.lt and it has 2.8h on it
but i need 5766 hours on it.
i read eprom 24c02 and attached the dump
can someone help me
