2005 Maserati 4200 GT Bosch 0261206950 (Motronic 0 261 206 950) M138us IMMO OFF

Need help with Immo off on this ECU.
I do not have proper diagnostic for this car, Autel communicates to ECU ok, there is an Immo code P1570 and flashers blinking all the time. Immo box is fiat like, Blue one VIM220 Bosch 606 73 131 that supposedly has a hard to read ST72334. Transponder is ok in the key, checked with tango.
Not common car at all here, can anyone help?
I found out that replacing the immo box for the green VIM207 from Alfa, another uncommon car here, would alloe to read eeprom and add a transponder in it, BUT what about the engine ECU sync.?? No tool or calculator.
