Help synchro BMW E39 DDE4 & EWS4.3

Hello, please could you help me to synchro DDE4 and EWS4.3, car is BMW E39 5 series.
engine crank but no start.
DTC ECU is immo EWS problem
read ECU with programmer eep and flash.
read EWS with xprog.

Use Launch or Carsoft with simple vag kkl cable ...

Eeprom from DDE is fill with FF

d+dcan inpa rhingold

can I come over this issue using one of these tool. I used avdi to synchro but it fail.
