messagebox.error when booting

hi i am sarwar from uk and i have a problem plz help me.. i have open media 500cs, problem is that when i turn ON box a message displayed on tv screen (messagebox.error) and nooting else. On remote when i press the menu then main dream box menu open and normally menu have not open. plz send me solution if u have thanx best wishes 4 u

You will probably need to reflash the image using Dreamup and a null modem cable.
