I need to read this micro to be able to write in another module steering lock
What tool should I use for this reading?

I think xprog has only the function of erasing a certain sector of this micro. You can try to read, if there you get message erase is because only that function can do.

The MCU has the security enabled. Does anyone know any programmer that can bypass security for MC9S12GA64 ?
