Original Carprog

Hi friends
I have an original carprog and I am not able to make updates :(
I sent an email to Codecard explaining what was happening to me, I was not being able to update my interface.
Strange their response.
They say I have to send the interface to them and the amount to pay for the repair is 100 euros.
Very strange, it is only with me that this is happening or with somebody else.
Is it a way for them to earn more money.

100 euros for repair is cheap, pay fee and use tool is much better option than to have tool collecting dust on shelf....
