is a another way to decode them without desolder tms374?

HOW I CAN READ TMS374 WITHOUT DESOLDER IT.?
CAN I USE A SERIAL CIRCUIT PROGRAMMER ,WHICH?
ITS BETTER TO DECODE THE ECU WITH OTOCHECK WITH MEMORY OUT FOR 30 SEC?
CAN AYONE HAS DECODE ECUS LIKE THIS?
