immo emulator euro3/4 help

Hello I need help, this immo emulator.

Quartz from the PCB is the part list 16MHz and 10MHz, what should I use?

Jp1 jumper from the PCB for Euro 3 and Euro 4 from the list or is marked as JP4 connect if I Euro3 (pin2 and pin3)?

for what a crystal cost, buy both, try one if no good try the other.

it might be my eyesight, but i would start with the 16 meg one. either it will work or it won't
