Remove immo Cherokee 4.0

I wonder if anyone can help me remove the immobilizer from this cherokee. It is used only for off road and does not have the remote to lock and unlock.

I was able to read the MC68HC11K4 file.

Jeep Cherokee XJ 1997 4.0 6c gasoline

ECU Number : P56041 278AD
