Toyota Aqua 2012 has no 93xx or 24xx EEPROM.
Hopely, I opened the dash, removed display and seeing MB91F047 in the center and se706 at the bottom :crushed:

How should I connect and with what tool?
There is a MSOP marked C66 near the MB91xxxx. Should I use it?
