cas 3 fried trying to swap please help change isn

i have tried to adapt this replacement cas into this vehicle with avdi but to no luck i have the isn in the dme
msd80 isn = 13 83 3d a3 be 8d be 61 20 be c2 64 83 76 f6 7c
can some one please add this to my cas cause all i get is ews tampering . crank but no start .

this CAS is encrypted, I dont think anyone can fix it without key data

There is the key info ..

You need to unlock your Key data with ISK High and Low to get "real page3"
only with real page3 we can change SK from ECU...

try to get isn from cas and write to dme .....bmw explorer 2 min job done .....
