VW Passat EDC17CP14 - Can't get any ECU ID read -> MPPS

How come i can't read the ecu on the 2008 Passat B6/3C 2.0TDI? I can't get any reading on EDC16/17 what so ever. MPPS v16. Is there any trick i dont know about on these ECU's? It is a january 2008 model car, 2.0 140hp diesel.

Galletto have No problem with this ecu. Eu clone of corse
