golf 4 change language

hi sorry for my english skils but i need a help. I will change languange in my golf 4 for other languange. I will change from for example french to polish. I know that polish languane is not avaible, but maybe is posibillity change this language. I think change in eeprom or procesor this french language. I have question where in eprom or procesor is writte language.

ok ok, but i will replace french for my nationaly language- polish and here is problem but polish is not avaible. i will write polish language in place of french, i will make this in eprom or in memony of procesor.

you cant change to language that is not available....

yes i understand this and i need remove from memory french and read comunication in polish in place of french
