can somebody help with good solution for dpf off EDC16c9 0281011915 Opel Vectra 1.9CDTI ?

Can you make EGR off too?
The DPF was totally clogged, no exhaust gasses could pass through it, i removed the filter, cleaned everything, new turbo is also installed because the old one was shut, but now i have no power till 2500-2800 rpm and i get always P2279 - Intake Air System Leak Detected.
I checked for leaks at the intercooler and intake system and cold not find anything so i suspect EGR is not closing totally and i want to blank it out.
