Jetta Simos 7PP issue

I ahve Jetta change transmission from Automatic to manual . car start perfect but need to solve some issues
RPM still rise when change gear , then slow down slowly , I need to change cofding to manual , I tried to change coding
via vcds , but not success , so , will any one help me to :
change coding via software to manual
solve RPM rising delete 2 dtc: P0171 and U0101
need add max power
will pay no problem
