Scenic dashboard small display not work

Hi to all , id like to have an advice on scenic dashboard repair. I m not a newbie, i have repair a lot, all weell but i got some dash that small display still not work (big display is working fine. I understand is not solder problem, cause i have already resolded all. Have you ever my same experience? How did you solve?

all voltage check but they are ok, also tried to change caps without solve.
as i start i hear "tic" but small dispay non work
